Objectives of the consensus initiative:

Develop an optimised treatment pathway that is actionable and realistic to implement in practice

Establish clear definitions of inadequate response for patients with moderate to severe CHE

Empower HCPs to escalate or change treatment strategy in patients who fail to achieve sustained disease control after an adequate treatment trial
